Charleston-based Chef Brett McKee orchestrated a celebratory feast for the entire staff of JacksonBuilt Custom Homes in commemoration of the company’s six-year anniversary. The event was a combined party and cooking class, followed by a five-course gourmet meal that featured lowcountry oyster and shrimp bisque, Tuscan rub châteaubriand and a dark chocolate panna cotta for dessert. Chef Brett planned wine pairings to complement each course.
“Our fabulous team means everything to us,” says Kimberly Jackson. “We are all so intensely focused on our work each day. Richard and I wanted for us to simply enjoy each other’s company, celebrate our accomplishments, and express our gratitude.
